1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Line baking sheet with parchement paper
3. Dice the Ham
4. Grate the Cheese
5. Chop the Onions
6. Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar together
7. Work butter into the flour mixture until crumbly
8. Mix in cheese, onions, and ham until distributed evenly
9. Add 3/4 cup of the cream mixing with fingers to combine, add until it comes together reserving 2 Tbsp for brushing on
10. Pat into 7 inch disc about 3/4 inch thick
11. Slice into 8 wedges
12. Spread wedges on baking sheet
13. Brush with cream
14. Bake for 20-22 minutes
